24 years of experience in the space field has participated in the 3 Chilean satellite projects (Fasat Alfa, Bravo and Charlie) and as Executive Secretary of the Chilean Space Agency (Presidential Advisory Commission) between 2001 and 2008.
He founded a consultant CENIA Ltda dedicated to remote sensing satellite and advising on satellite issues. Between 2011 and 2012 he participates in the Chilean Team in the international competition Lunar X Prize, for sending a robotic mission to the Moon.
Since 2015, he has served in the Undersecretariat of Telecommunications, in her dual role as Chilean Telecommunication Administrator and Executive Secretary of the Council of Ministers for Spatial Development. Since March 2012 he has served as External Advisor to the National Congress on Aerospace Issues and as President of SELPER-Chile
